REFUND POLICY

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or limited-release items

  • Worn or washed items


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund (subject to eligibility) and place a new order.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as TRIBAL KINGZ is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases on sale items, limited releases, or worn items.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after being notified it has been processed:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

  • If issues persist, contact us via our Contact Page
