Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
During high-volume periods (sales, drops, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
FREE Express Delivery on all Australia and New Zealand Orders.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
International Shipping
TRIBAL KINGZ ships internationally.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Delays & Lost Parcels
TRIBAL KINGZ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or events outside our control.
The buyer holds all responsibility for any missing or stolen parcels when the buyer has made a request with the courier for the parcel to be 'left in a safe place.'
If your order appears lost or delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, please contact us via our Contact Page and we will assist where possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
TRIBAL KINGZ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees.
Damaged Orders
